Residential Property Management

Since the establishment of our first residential rent roll in 2004, the residential property management division has expanded to an impressive line up of fourteen full-time property managers, three full-time property officers, four administration staff, with one of the principals of the company directly overseeing the department.

"Our property managers have a wealth of experience between them and share a real passion for what they do.  This shows in the repeat business and new clients they all generate each year."

Residential property managers:  Celina Latimer, Nicole McKeon,  Michelle Graham,  Jodie Prior, Kelly Mitchell, Nicarla Banks, Nicole Casey, Nicola Kollen, Valerie Watson, Maureen Sullivan, Amber McRae-Mitchell, Zoe Goodman, Taylor King and Liz Miles all undertake regular, industry related professional development training.  This allows them to operate their individual portfolio as though it were their own business, ensuring our clients' vested interests are in capable, results driven hands.

The residential property management division is supported by the talented and committed administration and property officer team of Jasmine Mulgrew, Tim Milligan, Kristy Phillips and Keely Van Stijn.

Sharon Rankin is the dedicated account manager and financial controller who oversees the residential trust accounting compliance for the company, Colleen Petersen is Operations Manager with Rose Neal and Tanaya Vandenbroek on reception.

All staff are trained in the latest technology and industry advancements; ensuring your property is managed in the most efficient, accurate manner.
