Tim Milligan

Tim Milligan has spent 17 years in hospitality then made the move into his passion Real Estate. Holiday rentals was his first introduction to real restate as Tim spent 5 years working and travelling overseas. Now Tim is gaining more knowledge of the real estate world with the property management side and is a residential leasing specialist. Growing up in Sydney a trip to Coffs Harbour when he was 18 Tim found his true home. Tim loves to go above and beyond for his customers. Honesty, open communication, customer focused, hardworking and an eagerness to learn Tim has made a fantastic addition to The Edge Team.
