My association with NSW Real Estate began in 1996 when I first moved to the area and rented two properties in Emerald Beach. After purchasing a property in 1997, I moved from the region in 2001 and asked NSW Real Estate to manage the property.
Over the past 16 years the management of the property by NSW has been excellent. The vetting of tenants, the attention to maintenance requirements, communication of information and financial management has been beyond excellent.

I wanted to write to let you know what fantastic Residential Invesment Managers you have in Valerie Watson and Donna Richardson. We recently moved out of 51 Shearwater Place, Korora, which was managed by Valerie and Donna. During our time living there the place had a few issues, and the timliness and professionalism in which they responded was a breath of fresh air. Moving and cleaning is always a very stressful time however your team made it as easy as possible for us after the place recently sold.

My husband and I have rented places in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs over the past decade and the service we received from Valerie and Donna completely outshone anything we received from top real estate agencies in Sydney.
