The bottom fell out of the market just as the property was listed, due to interest rate rises. This was not foreseen and adjustment had to be made.
There were many open house days, the advertising was excellent. It is fitting that Tom's office is located close to the Harbour.
We set out on a voyage to sell our loved property in Sawtell with Tom at the helm.
Initially the waters in the harbour were calm and all was well. Then we became becalmed and doubts arose as to whether we would ever reach our desired port.
